Digital products, including downloadable materials, frameworks, and tools (“Products”), are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional services, designs, or specifications for any particular property, person, project, or situation. Upon purchase or access, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Use of any Product for commercial purposes, including but not limited to client services, consulting, training, internal corporate use, or redistribution within an organization, is not permitted under the standard license. Any unauthorized commercial use constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Use and may result in termination of access and legal action. Organizations or individuals seeking to use Products in a commercial, professional, or multi-user context must obtain a separate written license from My Eco Engineer.
